I've been here since I was nine years old. Central Florida isn't a market I studied -- it's home.
My career in luxury real estate began in 2001, and in those two decades-plus, I've had the privilege of guiding hundreds of clients through the most meaningful financial decisions of their lives. I spent 15 years operating my own brokerage, which gave me a depth of market knowledge, negotiation experience, and operational insight that most agents simply don't have. Today, I'm proud to bring all of that to clients as a Global Real Estate Advisor with Premier Sotheby's International Realty -- a brand I'd describe as the Ritz-Carlton of real estate. There's a reason so many people in Central Florida real estate know my name -- and it isn't because I've spent 40+ years chasing transactions. It's because I've spent four decades building something more valuable: trust.
I've been a licensed real estate professional since 1984. In that time, I've watched this market evolve from the inside -- as an agent, as a broker, as a founder, and now as a global real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby's International Realty. Every chapter has made me sharper, more strategic, and more committed to the people I serve.
In 1996, I founded Vance Realty Group, which grew into a two-office firm with over 50 full-time REALTORS®. Many of those agents started their careers under my mentorship -- learning the business from the ground up through in-house training programs I built myself. After a successful decade, I sold the company in 2006. Building something that others valued enough to buy is one of the milestones I'm most proud of.
My expertise runs deep in residential real estate, development land sales, and planning and project consultations. I work closely with developers and builders who need more than a deal -- they need a strategic partner who understands land, timing, and market positioning. One thing I'm particularly passionate about is how listings are handled. I'm also a speaker. My presentation, "Distinguish or Be Extinguished," has resonated with real estate professionals across the industry -- because I believe the agents who thrive are the ones who lead with expertise and authenticity, not volume.
At the end of the day, I'm a mother of three sons and a proud grandmother of two grandsons. Family has always been the compass that guides how I show up for my clients -- with patience, honesty, and genuine care for what matters most to them.
