Central Florida Schools

Schools, by City and by Zoning

All ten of the markets we serve sit inside just two school districts: Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) covers Orlando, Winter Garden, Windermere, Dr. Phillips, Lake Nona, Winter Park, and Maitland, while Seminole County Public Schools (SCPS) covers Longwood, Lake Mary, and Oviedo. In both districts, every home address is zoned to one elementary school (K-5), one middle school (6-8), and one high school (9-12). Charter and private schools do not use attendance zones; they enroll by application or lottery. Enter an address below to jump straight to the district tool for that home, then browse the directory to see the named schools in each city.

Find the Schools an Address Is Zoned For

Type a street address or ZIP. We will route you to the official "find my school" tool for the correct county, where you can confirm the exact elementary, middle, and high school assignments.

School attendance zones change. Always confirm a home's assigned schools directly with the district before relying on them. The district tools may not reflect rezonings approved during the current school year, and OCPS posts next-year zones after July 31. This page is provided as general guidance and is not an official school assignment. Verify a home's assigned schools with the OCPS Find My School tool.
